The Spanish government is concerned about the process of young Spaniards gaining independence, as many are still living with their parents at the age of 32, as shown by some statistical studies.
Therefore, the Youth Rent Bonus of 250 euros was created as part of the new State Housing Law.
The goal is to facilitate the enjoyment of a home or room for rent for all young people, between 18 and 35 years old, with limited financial means, through direct assistance to tenants.

Where and how do I apply for the Young Rental Bonus of 250 euros?
The application for this benefit could help many young people who want to become independent while they work, study, and prepare for a well-established adult life.
For the national government, there are some important requirements to grant the benefit to these young people, and once the calls are open in each city, it is important that the interested party pay attention and complete all forms and follow the instructions of the desired location.
