Aid 100 euros per child is a government aid that is available for people who have one or more children between 0 and 3 years of age.
The Aid 100 euros per child It is part of the new Family Law, approved on March 28, 2023 in the Congress of Ministers of Spain and has the objective of bringing new measures to support parenting, mainly for those families that are most vulnerable.
Also know as Foster Income, this financial aid has the intention of offering more facilities to Spanish families who do not have the financial conditions to support themselves with dignity.
For this reason, the government will now provide aid of 100 euros per month per child to each family that has children between 0 and 3 years old, that is, families that have 3 children, for example, will receive €300 each month.

Who can receive this help?
- Mothers who have contributed 30 days after giving birth, who work part-time or temporarily or who are collecting unemployment benefits;
- Families in situations of single parenthood and single parenthood due to the death of one of the parents or because one of the two has custody of the child;
- Fathers and mothers of the same sex: both have the right;
Main requirements to access this benefit
The following requirements must be met when submitting the application:
- Already be registered with Social Security within the minimum period of 30 days, or have received an unemployment benefit;
- Have the right to apply the minimum for descendants for each minor.
- Families made up of two adults and one child, with income of up to 27,000 euros per year;
- Families of two adults and one child with income of up to 32,100 euros per year;
- Single-parent families and two children with an annual income of 30,800 euros;
- Households that receive the Minimum Living Income: must not exceed 300% of the guaranteed income of the IMV and 150% of the equity threshold corresponding to their type of family unit.

To request your Aid of 100 euros per child between 0 and 3 years of age, it is very important that you complete Form Form 140. This document is available for free access on the official website of the Tax Agency, which you can access by clicking on this link.
Remember that some documents are very important to verify the veracity of your information. Therefore, when filling out the form, have the applicant's DNI and also the NIF of all children under 3 years old on hand.
